Hatha Yoga

Dancing Vira Yoga

Restorative – Therapeutic
It is the practice where aids such as wall ropes are used (yoga kurunta), chairs, belts, bricks, bolster, blankets.
They help us to adapt the lesson in accordance with the needs and limitations of each body while at the same time they can be considered by themselves, as they correct our attitude and we can more easily concentrate on some parts of the body, find space in the joints, To stretch and to decompress the spine.
So we will eventually be able to go deeply to Asana and to overcome the restrictions always with respect to the body and breathing.
Yoga 4 All
It is the practice of Saturday that is addressed to all levels and the lesson adapts to the level of the practitioners of the day.
