It is a workout routine using a swing and handles, which can be based on either Pilates or Yoga principles. It greatly helps in lengthening and decompressing the spine through stretches and inversions, using body weight.
We practice for empowerment and flexibility exercises, and because of the swing and colors it always becomes a very fun and playful practice that awakens the child inside us and reminds us of our childhood years.
Many exercises look very impressive and acrobatic but most of them are accessible to the majority of practitioners.
Caution is needed by people with high pressure and glaucoma.
