The mind balances with the inner self. An internal silence is achieved when the mind is peaceful in the present and only then discovers the inexhaustible source of love, peace and joy we have. He finally recognizes his destination.   <br \/>The practice of meditation aims to calm the body, mind and spirit, focus on attention, concentration to be able to focus on goals and achieve them.<br \/><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Meditation is the process that brings the mind into contact with the inner self that we really are (so HAM).<br \/><\/span>Meditation anything that unites us with our inside with our true self <span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Anything that manages to stop the storm of thoughts and to rest for a while.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">It can be motor, eg walking, dancing, swimming, focusing on the here and now, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">observation and concentration on something.<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">The highest stage of meditation is to be able to stay in silence and immobilize the body and mind. <\/span>The mind is the strongest instrument in our body that never stops moving even when we sleep. Proper breathing helps both physical and mental imbalances. <br \/> Pranayama are the techniques of breathing control and expansion techniques, an integral part of yoga practice.<br \/> Pranayama consists of the words prana  ayama\/prana  yama.<br \/> Prana = vital energy, a force in constant motion, so the only way to control it is the pause (kumbaka)<br \/>Ayama = extension of breathing<br \/>Yama = breathing control<br \/>In breathing techniques, therefore, Kumbaka plays a decisive role.<br \/> Changing the breath also changes the state of mind.<br \/> The most direct way to bring the mind to the here and now is through breathing. In order for total relaxation to come, there must be awareness. One hour yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep.  <br \/>In this situation between sleep and alert we have the ability to get in touch with the subconscious and the unconscious there we plant Sankalpa.<br \/>Sankalpa is a positive change decision for ourselves and our lives.
